I  purchased a train for my Friends birthday a small piece was broken on the engine i let the seller know. I was told that a replacement would be
sent out I figured it would be just the broken part
but i was sent a whole new engine

We recently purchased a beautiful carved wooden train for my father's birthday. Unfortunately for us, he passed away 2 days before his birth Birthday. We did, however, place this beautiful piece of artwork atop his casket during his funeral in honor of his lifetime love of both wood working and of trains. We are eternally grateful for you superb customer service and craftsmanship.
