Big Hit at Funeral July 31, 2021 Reviewer: Phil Taylor from Conroe, TX United States   The Huey was for the wife of my friend that recently passed.  David was a decorated Huey pilot in Vietnam that saved several lives of the crew of a shot down Huey.   Carol was so appreciative and loved the wooden piece she considers a piece of art.   I added a brass plaque with David’s name,  unit and squadron name. WOW !!!! October 26, 2015 Reviewer: Paul Wiseman from ardmore, OK United States   By far one of the best hand carved models I've seen.This was a present for a high time base lead helicopter pilot,med evac base.. he quit counting his hours of flight time at over twenty thousand.(still an official log)...He was not only amazed,but called me later and expressed how beautiful it was.He flew the 212 offshore in the gulf yrs ago...He asked me to keep an eye open when the Sikorsky S-76 comes on sale..He currently flies the A-Star ....Now that's a hell of a compliment from a pilot with the history he has...I am an EAA member and an aircraft historian,and a bonafide airplane nut like ya'll........Thank you so much for the great product,service and all the help it took to get it here on time...."WELL DONE !!"".......Paul Was this review helpful to you?
