The B-1 Lancer arrived and is loved! It's GREAT  quality and everything we hoped for. But the original order said it would ship in 2-3 days. After 1 1/2 weeks, I never received a shipping notice. Over the next week, I wrote two emails. I never received a reply and never did receive a shipping notice. You had my correct email because I received the original order confirmation and a request for this review. Anyway, thanks for a beautiful product, and I would purchase from you again, but you should respond to people when they write.
